DEAL-QUALITY INTELLIGENCE FOR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Give your customers clarity.
Before they sign.

Review the final transaction before funding. Identify exceptions. Document the next action. Auto-Cation’s proposed institution workflow keeps vehicle evidence, transaction findings and lender policy distinct; portfolio studies and production access require an agreed pilot.

PLANNED INSTITUTION-BRANDED EXPERIENCE

From preapproval to a clearer final transaction.

Invite pre-approved customers to a bank- or credit-union-branded Auto-Cation experience before signing. The planned workflow connects the customer’s confirmed vehicle and paperwork to institution-controlled review.

  1. Send a secure invitation with preapproval.
  2. Customer scans purchase and trade VINs, confirms identity, and enters mileage and condition.
  3. Customer captures every page and confirms extracted terms.
  4. Review Clarity, evidence confidence and unresolved conditions.
  5. Institution confirms the final transaction against its policy.
  6. Monitor permitted portfolio patterns after funding.

Changed prices, products, financing or trade terms require re-review. Preapproval and Clarity are not final loan approval. Direct customers can also use Auto-Cation independently.

Transaction review

Sample case A: missing financing page. Clarity unavailable; evidence incomplete.

Changes since review

Sample case B: optional-product amount changed. Previous review is stale; reconcile and rerun.

Institution decision

Pending lender review. Suggested owner: authorized lending reviewer. No approval is generated by this illustration.

Planned records: confirmed terms, source pages, timestamps, rule versions, conditions and reviewer decisions. This illustration is not a connected lender dashboard.

THE INSTITUTIONAL CONTROL LAYER

Collateral clarity. Structured risk. Visible reasoning.

VERIFY

Collateral identity

VIN, title identity, configuration, history and vehicle eligibility from authorized sources.

VALUE

Source confidence

Wholesale, retail and residual evidence with mileage, condition, geography and source-level confidence.

STRUCTURE

Deal-quality controls

Advance, LTV, APR, term, equity, optional products and deterministic exception routing.

MONITOR

Portfolio signals

Dealer patterns, concentrations, exceptions, value movement and emerging structural exposure.

LENDER-READY GOVERNANCE

Designed for compliance review—not a black box.

LOS

Workflow readiness

Planned integration points for application intake, policy rules, decisions, conditions and downstream records. No live LOS integration is claimed today.

POLICY

Institution-defined controls

LTV, term, collateral, documentation and exception thresholds remain governed by the institution.

AUDIT

Complete decision trail

Record input sources, retrieval dates, rule versions, overrides, users and the reason behind every outcome.

FAIRNESS

Review before production

Production use requires counsel, compliance and model-governance review, documented permitted inputs, validation and ongoing monitoring.

IMPORTANT

Auto-Cation does not claim regulatory approval or make a credit decision through this public demonstration. Production rules, data rights and use cases require institution approval and legal review.

PORTFOLIO BACK-TEST · PROPOSED PILOT

Test the thesis against your own historical performance.

Under an approved agreement and secure transfer process, a participating institution could provide a de-identified historical portfolio. Auto-Cation would compare deal-quality signals with subsequent performance and report what the evidence shows—including if flagged transactions performed no worse than the rest.

01

Agree the study

Define purpose, fields, permitted use, security, retention, deletion and success measures before data moves.

02

Score historical deals

Evaluate available collateral and transaction factors using a frozen, documented prototype rule version.

03

Compare outcomes

Review performance by score band, structural pattern, dealer source and exception category.

04

Decide the pilot

Use the documented findings—not a sales promise—to determine whether a controlled prospective pilot is justified.

Proposed—not currently offered as a production service: Minimum sample, fields, timing, pricing and security controls remain subject to technical, legal and institutional approval.

Validate before assigning approval or pricing tiers.

The consumer demonstration incorporates APR. A future prepricing assessment must exclude the rate it determines and undergo separate validation. Institution policy, model review and authorized reviewers govern any lending use.

Bank and credit union pilot questions

Does a Clarity Score approve a loan?

No. The score is a prototype signal, separate from evidence confidence and the institution’s credit policy. Lending use requires calibration, validation and institutional approval.

How would portfolio evaluation begin?

Define a limited retrospective study, permitted data, outcome measures and security requirements first. Automated lender decisions and live portfolio monitoring are not currently offered by this demonstration.
