The broader vision includes fuel and charging, scheduled maintenance, repairs, tires, inspections, insurance, warranties, roadside assistance, parking and other relevant ownership services. Availability, data rights and provider coverage must be verified for each category before activation. A partner list will not represent every provider in the market.
If no suitable option is available, the platform should say so. A nonpartner, another quote or waiting can be the right next step.

THE F&I CHECKPOINT
Clarity at the moment of commitment.
From lender preapproval to a reviewed final deal.
The intended app journey collects information as the customer shops, then reviews the complete proposed transaction in the F&I office before signing. Material changes require another review.
Planned rate rewards follow participating-lender rules, verified evidence and validated qualification criteria. Lenders retain final authority; no discount or approval is currently offered through this demonstration.

PLANNED INSTITUTION-SPONSORED EXPERIENCE
Pre-approved financing. Clarity before signing.
Participating banks and credit unions could invite pre-approved customers to use an institution-branded Auto-Cation app for a final deal review before signing.
Receive an invitation. A secure app link accompanies your institution’s preapproval.
Choose a vehicle. Scan its VIN and confirm the details.
Scan before signing. Capture every page of the proposed deal paperwork.
Review the deal. Confirm extracted terms and review the Clarity Score, evidence confidence and required changes.
Receive institution confirmation. The lender evaluates the final transaction against its lending requirements.
The institution controls approval and pricing. A Clarity Score alone is not a loan approval. Changes to price, products, financing or trade terms require a new review.
Use Auto-Cation independently with your preferred financing provider—or when paying cash or leasing.
What the planned document review covers
Every page. Before you sign.
Planned workflow: scan purchase and trade VINs, enter mileage and condition, then capture the buyer’s order, purchase or lease agreement, financing disclosures, trade payoff and optional-product contracts. Manual entry remains an alternative to scanning.
Capture every page, including fees and add-on disclosures.
Confirm extracted prices, taxes, fees, APR or money factor, payments and trade equity.
Compare paperwork with the quote and resolve missing pages or conflicting amounts.
Review the decision, reasons, risks and alternatives before committing.
Confirmed terms drive the score. Scanning alone does not produce a reliable Clarity Score. Missing or unreadable required information means “Review incomplete.” Document analysis cannot guarantee that every issue is detected.
Website illustration only: these screens do not access your camera or upload paperwork. A separate Android preview includes VIN barcode capture and manual review for private testing. Secure paperwork scanning and lender sharing remain planned. Interest requests open the contact form; access is not automatic.

THE REAL RISK IS OFTEN INVISIBLE
The vehicle gets the attention. The structure creates the
consequence.
01
Vehicle selection
Establish suitability, market position, ownership exposure, and
long-term fit before financing enters the decision.
02
Deal architecture
Examine APR, term, add-ons, fees, negative equity, and lender
alignment as one connected structure.
03
Decision gate
Translate the evidence into a direct outcome before a signature
creates a long-term obligation.
VEHICLE IDENTITY BEFORE DEAL STRUCTURE
Start with the VIN. Know what you are evaluating.
A VIN evaluation anchors the review to the exact vehicle—not just
its advertised year, make, and model. Auto-Cation screens identity
and specifications first, then organizes the facts that affect
ownership risk and deal quality.

Free identity data is sourced from NHTSA vPIC. Recall screening is
based on decoded year, make and model—not proof of unresolved
recalls on this individual VIN. Title/history and market values
require separate authorized sources.
VIN lookup identifies the vehicle. To calculate a transaction score, continue with the selling price, vehicle value, APR and term. VIN lookup does not supply market value or credit terms.
Preliminary screening only. A VIN check does not replace a title
report, inspection, recall verification, or authoritative
vehicle-history source.
MULTI-SOURCE VALUE INTELLIGENCE
One vehicle. Several markets. One disciplined range.
Compare source values from the same market. Enter reports already
adjusted for mileage, condition and equipment. This demonstration
does not independently adjust or verify those figures.
Prototype input model. Values must come from authorized reports or
licensed commercial feeds; Auto-Cation does not scrape proprietary
valuation services.
The demonstration illustrates four possible decision outcomes. Clarity Score and
Confidence remain separate signals, while deterministic overrides
take precedence.
Proceed
The vehicle and structure meet the decision standard.
Proceed with Conditions
Move forward only after specific weaknesses are corrected.
Sell Separately
Resolve fixable negative equity outside the proposed transaction.
Do Not Proceed
The risk cannot be responsibly corrected inside the deal.
The automotive prototype starts at 94 and deducts points for
price above value, negative equity, term, APR and optional-product
load. The current deduction-only demonstration produces scores from 20 to 94. Confidence is separate;
controlling rules can stop a transaction regardless of its score.
Price vs. value up to −18Negative equity up to −20Term −8 / −14APR gap −12 / −18 / −25Product load −8
CONFIDENCE
How reliable is the evidence?
Confidence remains separate from Clarity. A poor transaction can
be identified with high confidence, while an apparently favorable
deal may still require missing or unverified information.
High: verified identity and authoritative sources
Moderate: sufficient evidence with limited gaps
Low: user-entered or missing material evidence

BUILT TO EXPAND ACROSS VEHICLE COMMERCE
One commitment to clarity. More vehicle categories ahead.
Our current public demonstrations focus on cars and light trucks. We plan to expand to motorcycles, RVs, boats, commercial and specialty vehicles. Each category needs its own valuation sources, transaction rules and testing before evaluations become available.
Current demonstration focus: AutomotiveAdditional categories activate only after their identity, valuation, title, tax and lending data are verified.

FUTURE CATEGORY
Optional insurance and protection—your score stays independent
INTELLIGENCE FIRST. OPTIONS SECOND.
Understand the deal. Then explore protection.
PLANNED · NOT YET AVAILABLE
We are exploring partnerships that would let you compare optional auto insurance and vehicle service contracts after reviewing your deal. No partner quotes or purchases are currently available through Auto-Cation.
01 · INSURANCE
Compare the coverage, not just the premium.
Planned comparisons would explain coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions and total premiums. Quoting and policy servicing would be handled by an authorized insurance partner.
Understand what is covered
Compare equivalent limits and deductibles
Review the effect on ownership costs
02 · VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACTS
Know what protection actually includes.
A service contract is separate from a manufacturer’s warranty. Planned comparisons would identify the provider, price, covered repairs and limitations before you choose.
Check exclusions, waiting periods and claim limits
Review deductibles and cancellation terms
Check for overlap with existing protection
Resolve deal concerns before considering offers.
The planned experience prioritizes conditions, trade alternatives or exit guidance when a deal needs attention. An optional product should never distract from an unresolved risk.
Bring the evidence together. Understand the decision.
Vehicle reports, inspections, pricing references and financing decisions each answer different questions. Auto-Cation is designed to explain what that evidence means for your deal—and what still needs to be checked.
VEHICLE HISTORY
What has been reported?
History providers report available title, ownership and event records. A VIN decode identifies vehicle specifications; it does not establish an individual vehicle’s history or condition.
VALUATION
What is the price reference?
Valuation providers supply estimates for a particular market, date and purpose. Retail, trade-in and wholesale figures must be compared on a consistent basis.
INSPECTION
What needs a physical check?
A qualified inspection assesses the vehicle’s physical condition. A score or history report cannot replace checking the vehicle itself.
LENDING & DEALERSHIP SYSTEMS
Who completes the transaction?
Lenders determine credit approval and terms. Dealership, title and registration systems handle their respective workflows. Auto-Cation does not issue loan approvals.
Start with the vehicle. Build toward an informed decision.
VIN → Value → Deal details → Decision → Report. Licensed history and valuation feeds remain planned; current demonstrations are not a guarantee of vehicle quality or loan approval.
